Senior Business Transformation Manager

A company is looking for a Sr Business Transformation Delivery Manager to lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead full lifecycle planning and delivery of assigned strategic initiatives

Build strong relationships with business leaders and executive sponsors to drive business value

Provide thought leadership to develop and mature project and transformation management practices

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of full lifecycle project and program management experience (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

3+ years of experience in transformation management and organizational change management

Application of project management best practices and methodologies

Ability to engage with senior leaders and communicate project status clearly

Continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to staying updated with delivery trends
