Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable operations processes for Sales and Marketing teams

Analyze data to improve conversion rates and identify growth opportunities

Support Salesforce administration and maintain documentation for processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a sales and marketing operations role

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

Hands-on experience with sales and marketing process optimization and lead management

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM tools

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
