Growth Marketing Analyst

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join their Business Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

Own reporting and visibility across the full growth funnel from awareness through monetization

Analyze CAC, LTV, payback periods, and marketing ROI to guide investment decisions

Deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders that influence real-time decisions

Required Qualifications

5 to 7 plus years of experience in Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Business Analytics

Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets

Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools

Deep understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, experimentation, and CAC and LTV dynamics

Experience in a high growth, performance-driven organization is a plus
