Key Responsibilities

Act as the internal "Product Owner" for Wrike, building and maintaining the workspace to meet agency needs

Monitor team bandwidth and reassign tasks to prevent bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met

Develop performance reports and dashboards for executive and tactical levels to enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

Deep, hands-on experience as a Wrike Power User with knowledge of advanced features

Strong resource management skills with the ability to optimize team output

Ability to translate raw project data into actionable insights for various stakeholders

Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment

Understanding of managing diverse talent across different marketing disciplines
