A key role within Virtual Vocations Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Growth Manager to oversee the expansion of our customer growth team. This position will involve:

• Hiring, onboarding and managing a team of skilled professionals.
• Owning and achieving targets for team-level expansion pipeline performance.

The ideal candidate will possess

• 8+ years of experience in sales, customer growth or revenue roles with at least 3-5 years of management experience leading quota-carrying teams.
• A proven ability to coach early-career and mid-career representatives on effective outbound strategies.
• An in-depth understanding of pipeline management principles including forecasting and metrics analysis.
