Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert in Marketing Cloud for the Success Architect organization

Engage with customers to recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture and solution design

Facilitate discussions with Executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business value

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in enterprise consulting and implementing enterprise software solutions in the Marketing/MarTech space

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and related products

Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices

Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement scripting languages and system architecture design

Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely
