We are seeking a skilled Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to join our team at Virtual-Vocations-Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven optimization strategies.

• Develop and execute CRO and personalization strategies leveraging analytics and technology to maximize revenue generation.
• Analyze optimization performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights through regular reports.

To succeed in this role, you should have

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in conversion optimization with a proven track record of driving meaningful results.
• Demonstrated expertise with A/B testing tools such as Mutiny or Google Optimize.
• The ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis supported by strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
