• Develops and maintains CRO strategies, leveraging analytics and technology for continuous improvement.
• Analyzes data from A/B testing tools (e.g. Mutiny, Google Optimize) to inform decision-making.

The successful candidate has

• At least 3 years of conversion optimization experience,
• Direct experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Mutiny, Google Optimize),
• A strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS
