Senior Digital Product Manager - E-commerce

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Digital Product Manager working with a premier technology client. This role focuses on enhancing the consumer-facing e-commerce experience across web and mobile platforms.

Job Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work in Cupertino, CA three days per week (shuttle provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and developers to enhance and implement new payment integrations for the web store and mobile app.
• Engage with product and business stakeholders to define features and manage projects from concept through design and to development.
• Ensure exceptional quality standards by providing validation and verification on project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of experience in product or project management, specifically in managing digital projects that involve consumer-facing experiences (experience in e-commerce and mobile applications is highly desirable).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across creative and development teams and ensure collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Strong experience working closely with design teams and a solid understanding of the user experience (UX) process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to influence and build strong internal relationships.
• Proficient in balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, paying attention to detail in complex processes.
• Thrives under tight deadlines and can adeptly respond to shifting priorities and schedules.
• Expertise in navigating large, matrixed organizations with competing priorities.
