We’re looking for a designer who specializes in creating image creatives for e-commerce ads.

This is not about making things look nice.

It’s about creating visuals that stop the scroll and drive sales.

You’ll work on performance-focused image ads for paid platforms like Meta.

We care about clarity, strong hooks, and conversion — not just aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting image ads (single images & carousels)
• Translate hooks and marketing angles into strong visual concepts
• Work within brand guidelines while prioritizing performance
• Deliver multiple variations for testing
• Iterate based on feedback and results
