Position Overview

The Data Analyst, Marketing role at Under Armour is dedicated to building and maintaining marketing dashboards and programming weekly content for the marketing war room. In this position, you will serve as the global point of contact for various regions, spearheading the collection, cleansing, and visualization of data from multiple sources to drive meaningful marketing insights and business growth.

Location: Remote, US

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish the weekly marketing dashboard insights by aggregating and visualizing key inputs from multiple sources (e.g., Omniture, DCM, Sprinklr, Google, Facebook).
  • Program and maintain the digital screens calendar in the marketing war room.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings on marketing metrics, reviewing key data and trends from regional to global levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze multi-channel data, delivering insights to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present analysis and reports to business departments and management.
  • Manage, review, and validate data with database vendors; oversee file transfers between first and third party vendors while ensuring compliance with the latest company code of conduct and data management principles.
  • Partner with external vendors on data extracts, transfers, validations, and analysis.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis, competitive intelligence, presentations, status reports, and meeting recaps as needed.
  • Develop benchmarks for brand, channel, campaign, and customer performance against company-wide and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with analytics tools and disciplines (Adobe GA Analytics, Salesforce).
  • Skilled in visualization techniques using tools such as Tableau, Domo, or Datorama.
  • Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and strong technological aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of work experience, primarily in marketing analytics and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze consumer data and provide actionable insights that drive business results.
