Ultra PRO is seeking a forward-thinking ECommerce Manager to lead the strategic evolution of our digital business. This role is designed for a growth architect—someone who thrives on identifying untapped opportunities, optimizing performance across platforms, and driving scalable innovation. You’ll own the roadmap for digital expansion, collaborate across departments, and ensure our online channels are not just operational—but exceptional.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute long-term and short-term growth strategies across Ultra PRO’s digital storefronts, including Shopify and Social Marketplaces like TikTok, Meta, etc.
  • Exceptional understanding of all things Shopify. Optimize Shopify products using best practices to maximize visibility and improve organic search performance. Knowledge of how AI search is going to change how customers find the site is essential.
  • Lead the company’s ECommerce efforts, which includes responsibility for the on-going product merchandising tools, marketing vehicles, fulfillment, analysis, and technology to support ECommerce goals and objectives.
  • Support tracking and analyzing ECommerce budgets and monitoring spend.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Research and implement cutting-edge tools, apps, and extensions to enhance customer experience and drive conversion.
  • Advertising & Marketing Execution: Lead email campaigns, promotions, markdowns, BOGO offers, and loyalty programs. Expand email distribution and refine automated flows.
  • Manage an active calendar of new product announcements and actively communicate and coordinate with the Ecommerce , Marketing , Operations, and Product Management teams.
  • Grow the email blast program by aggressively expanding the distribution list and frequency of send rate. Continue to hone and development the “flow” email system.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Full understanding of site Analytics using Google Analytics, Shopify, SEMrush, and BI tools to generate monthly and annual performance reports.
  • Evaluate e-commerce initiatives, develop business cases and improve marketing plans to drive growth.
  • Platform Expansion: Launch sub-brand and international sites. Identify new digital channels and growth levers.
  • Customer Experience: Create engaging content—blogs, policy pages, and brand storytelling—to build trust and loyalty.
  • Inventory Coordination: Manage replenishment orders and warehouse transfers to ensure product availability.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor strategies to inform growth initiatives.
  • Follow market trends that are applicable and related to the products offered on the website.
  • Compile, analyze, and present sales reports on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Abide by & promote company policies & participate in required company-wide programs as directed.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and escalate practical matters to management with an understanding of the job responsibilities and knowledge of how it impacts others and the business operations.

  • Be well-versed in all internal systems and software, i.e. Shopify, ERP, Workplace, Wrike, DropBox, etc

  • Comfortable with basic HTML and web troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Shopify Plus, Excel, O365, Wrike, JIRA, Figma, SEMRush and email service providers (Klaviyo, Listrak, etc.)
  • Collaborative team player with a growth-first mentality
  • Analytical mindset with KPI accountability
  • Participate in training and meetings to keep abreast of new product launches and industry trend
  • Attend company meetings & events as needed
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Education/Experience Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in ECommerce strategy, digital marketing, or online business development.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and speed
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
