Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Cambridge, ON. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting communication efforts to enhance the company's brand and customer outreach. Tasks will include developing marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales and customer service teams, analyzing market trends, and managing content and promotional materials to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy development to drive business growth
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
