Digital Marketing Operations Executive
Role Summary
Responsible for MOM documentation, task tracking, team coordination, and ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns across performance, social media, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MOM) after client/internal meetings.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across teams.
- Coordinate between performance marketing, social media, and design teams.
- Ensure creatives are ready for ad campaigns and social media posts.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in weekly/monthly reporting coordination.
- Maintain task trackers and project boards.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives vs social media creatives
- Strong task management and coordination skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
KPIs
- MOM shared within 1 hour after meetings
- 90–95% tasks completed before deadline
- Zero campaign delays due to coordination issues
- Clear creative briefs with minimal revisions
- 100% tasks tracked in project management tools
