$75,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

The Watkins Company is looking for a talented e-Commerce Sales Specialist to join the fastest growing flavoring company.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manages the day to day operations of Watkins ecommerce customer sites including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Develops a strong financial plan that delivers top and bottom-line growth.
- Maintains and grows relationships with buyer personnel at the e-commerce level.
- Performs periodic tasks including, but not limited to, managing customer relationship, growing the Watkins product portfolio, and presenting monthly account plans and results to sales leadership.
- Ensures product content is optimized for discoverability and conversion, including titles, bullet points, images, A+ content, and enhanced brand content.
- Plans, executes, and optimizes paid search campaigns across platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitors KPI performance, generates performance reports, and provides actionable insights to improve ROI and customer engagement.
- Works closely with internal teams to align ecommerce strategies with broader business goals.
- Demonstrates a passion for driving sales in a “challenger” brand setting.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have At Minimum
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 plus years’ experience working in food and/or baking related Consumer Package Goods (CPG) e-commerce sales.
- History of managing day to day operations of major e-commerce accounts and retail websites.
- Excellent strategic decision-making ability and financial acumen to drive results.
- Proven ability to be innovative and develop creative solutions that result in higher profitability; track record of achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and profit objectives; track record of being a self-starter, proactive business leader, in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
This position requires travel approximately 25% of the time; we ask that our ideal candidate live within 50 miles of a major airport.
