E-Commerce Project Manager (Contract)

As an ecommerce implementation manager at Symphony, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of B2B ecommerce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with enterprise clients and internal technical teams to execute and launch projects successfully. Work with clients to define technical project requirements, scope, and objectives. Work closely with integration engineers and client technical teams to define data flows, integration requirements, and system interactions. Create project plans and timelines. Manage project resources, including team members and vendors. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables stay on track. Identify and manage project risks and issues. Communicate project status and progress to clients and internal stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates. Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement. Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering technically integrated ecommerce or SaaS implementations. Technical understanding of ecommerce systems, ERP integrations, and data flows. Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into clear project deliverables. Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
