E-Commerce Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders
• Process domestic and international shipments using shipping software
• Receive and check in incoming freight and inventory
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas
• Process product returns and restock inventory
• Prepare shipments for wholesale orders and trade shows
• Help maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working independently and staying organized
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software systems
• Experience with shipping platforms or warehouse management systems preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks
