Position Summary
STIIIZY is seeking a State Field Marketing Manager to lead our California field marketing strategy and operations. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, develop innovative market-specific campaigns and partnerships, and deliver retail and event experiences that drive sales and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a 20+ person field team executing budtender trainings, demos, merchandising and in-store activations.
- Design and execute brand-focused marketing campaigns that will drive sales velocity and brand awareness.
- Oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Manage CA and assist with out-of-state launches, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
- Hire, train, and manage the field marketing team, overseeing workloads, schedules, and deadlines.
- Serve as the key liaison between marketing and cross-functional partners within the California region.
- Partner with the Event Manager and HQ Marketing Director to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Scale programs and successfully launch in markets outside California.
- Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and HQ teams to align objectives and initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years in field marketing, including campaign and event execution.
- Experience managing large teams and budgets of $1M+.
- Strong cannabis retail and wholesale marketing knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Asana, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
