We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Social Media Marketing Personnel to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies, engaging with online communities, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. Duties

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, responding appropriately.
  • Support the development of social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
  • Help track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity online.
  • Support public relations efforts by engaging with online communities and fostering positive relationships.
  • Conduct research on current social media trends and best practices to inform strategy development.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for content and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of public relations principles.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving digital trends.
  • Previous experience or coursework related to marketing, communications, or public relations is desirable but not essential. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in social media marketing within a professional environment, perfect for those looking to develop their career in digital communications.

Pay: £13,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
