Job Summary of Digital Partnership Manager
This position focuses on increasing the adoption of Staple's self-service advertising solutions among smaller vendors while aligning with company media and merchandising strategies. The role collaborates across teams to optimize campaigns and achieve measurable business results.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Digital Partnership Manager:
- Manage tier 5 vendor and agency sales pipelines from prospecting to campaign launch.
- Create strategies for emerging vendors to maximize ROI and platform engagement.
- Promote self-service media adoption for direct and agency clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for small vendors and media agencies.
- Review campaigns regularly to optimize performance and align with product objectives.
- Partner with tech and ad operations teams to improve campaigns and platform features.
- Provide feedback on platform usability to inform enhancements.
- Contribute to retail media and vendor segmentation strategy development.
- Ensure compliance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Qualifications and Experience of Digital Partnership Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of digital/retail media experience.
- 3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with self-service ad platforms and digital performance metrics.
- Salesforce or Google Ads Manager experience is preferred.
