• Basic knowledge of standard digital delivery software and project deliverables

Responsibilities

• Assist with the facilitation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination
• Support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools
• Aid in Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects
• Implement QA/QC standards for digital delivery scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Review clash detection and follow reporting and resolution processes
• Modify digital model presentations and virtual reality simulations for stakeholders
• Research and compile project-related data and perform metadata audits
• Create digital delivery content for the proposal process
• Develop and integrate the digital delivery schedule and project compliance
• Assist with project setup and various support tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program required, or
• Associate Degree with 2 years of experience in planning, training, and delivering complex BIM models required, or
• 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree required
• Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree with relevant experience as outlined
