Position: E-Commerce Marketplace Listing Specialists

Salary Range: $1200 - $1600/mo

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Overview Of The Position

We are seeking detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Listing Specialists to support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of product listings across multiple online marketplaces. This role is highly execution-focused and requires hands-on experience with ChannelAdvisor and at least one major marketplace platform.

You will be responsible for ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, live, and searchable—while proactively identifying and resolving issues that prevent products from going live.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and publish product listings through ChannelAdvisor.
• Map products to correct categories across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, etc.).
• Complete required item specifics and attributes.
• Upload images and verify image compliance.
• Troubleshoot listing errors and suppression issues.
• Monitor listing health and fix blocked or inactive items.
• Apply templates and business rules correctly.
• Verify listings are live and searchable on the marketplace.
• Update existing listings when product data changes.
• Communicate issues that prevent products from going live.

Requirements

• Previous experience using ChannelAdvisor (REQUIRED).
• Experience listing on at least one marketplace: Amazon / Walmart / eBay / Best Buy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Ability to identify missing product data.
• Good written English communication.
