We are looking for a proactive Software Marketing / Business Development Professional who can identify and develop new business opportunities for our software services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
The role requires strong communication skills, understanding of software services, and the ability to identify potential clients across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients who require software development or technology services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify companies that can benefit from our services.
Business Development
- Initiate contact with decision makers such as CTOs, Engineering Managers, IT Heads, and Operations Managers.
- Schedule meetings and presentations to introduce company capabilities.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose solutions.
Marketing & Outreach
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events to promote company services.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress.
- Support preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and capability presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up on opportunities and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, and opportunities.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation, outreach, and conversions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
