■ Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Client Intake Specialist

  • Initial Inquiry Process: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone/online with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assessment & Scheduling: Conduct initial case assessment and schedule consultations with the professional team.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure a seamless handoff.
  • Follow-up: Proactively manage follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction.

2. SEO & Paid Search Marketer

  • Content & SEO: Create website content and perform SEO optimization to improve organic rankings.
  • Google Ads: Manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on low-cost, high-efficiency performance.
  • GBP Management: Create and manage content for Google Business Profile (GBP) to optimize local search visibility.

3. Operations Coordinator (HR & Admin)

  • Financial Admin: Manage receipts/invoices and support payroll processing.
  • HR Support: Post job openings, coordinate interviews, and monitor time-tracking/attendance records.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, vendor communications, and facility maintenance

■ Qualifications & Preferences

[Common Requirements]

  • Experience: 5+ years for Lead level / No experience required for Team member level.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Integrity & Willingness to Learn: A strong commitment to following company protocols and a proactive attitude toward learning new tasks quickly.

[Role-Specific Requirements]

1. Legal Client Intake Specialist

  • Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors: Communications, Business, Psychology, Law, or related fields).
  • Competencies: Experience in inbound phone handling or face-to-face customer service; a strong service-oriented mindset. Preferences: Interest in the legal service industry; experience with CRM or intake software; Multilingual skills (Highly preferred).

2. SEO & Paid Search Marketer

  • Core Requirement: Basic understanding of search engine mechanisms; fundamental knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS); passion and background knowledge in digital marketing.
  • Competencies: Proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console; proactive attitude in staying ahead of SEO trends/algorithms; understanding of Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and automated bidding strategies for ROAS maximization.
  • Preferences: Experience in GEO/AEO strategies for AI platforms; technical SEO experience including JavaScript rendering and server log analysis; experience in conversion optimization through A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages; Google Ads Certification.

3. Operations Coordinator

  • Basic Requirements: High level of financial integrity and security consciousness; ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial data with extreme care.
  • Competencies: Exceptional numerical accuracy and Excel proficiency (functions, data organization); efficient communication skills for vendor and service center management.
  • Preferences: Experience with Clio and Microsoft Teams; strong preference for candidates with experience in U.S. Payroll system management.

$50,000 – $70,000

$38,000 – $50,000
