Job Description Role: This is an all-encompassing role of E commerce and Marketing, with the aim to help the company drive sales to our on-line business selling direct to consumers and provide marketing support to help grow sales and awareness of the company and brands we sell. Based within the sales and marketing department, you will work closely with all areas of team, to assist with the design and production of exciting campaigns and help the team to achieve agreed targets. This exciting position offers opportunity to progress into a higher role. Reporting to: Head of Commercial Responsibilities: E Commerce Check Orders that have been placed on-line. Ensure stock availability of all lines for on-line products. Responsible for all communication with Consumers ensuring excellent customer service. Manage the communication with Couriers and produce shipping labels for Shopify and courier deliveries Ensure website is up to date with all product & promotional information. Agree with sales team on product pricing and promotional plans for website. Develop and maintain weekly/monthly reports & KPIs. Reporting monthly on performance to Line Manager. Keep up to date with the latest best practices with Shopify and Take a Payment, Etsy SEO techniques to improve search results. This will include the following. Include your primary product in your shop title. Use keywords in your listings. Avoid using the same keyword too often. Use all 13 tags in each listing. Front-load listings with keywords. Renew your listings regularly. Promote your shop to get inbound links. Improve your search engine rankings. Grow search engine optimisation. Understand your online customers. Refresh your page content often. Gain referrals from other websites. Use meta tags in your content. Stay up to date on the latest SEO techniques. Monitor and email customer behaviour insights, open rates, why have they put products in their basket and havent bought? Research screen recording and replay app for Shopify, experience our store through the eyes of your customer. Shopify check out on-line course to be able to provide more information. Marketing Support Help manage update the online product catalogue, including setting up new product listings. Ensure product description matches product specifications. All company platforms should have 5/6 images of each product as well as video content, storytelling. Support all Ecommerce activities of the company, including company websites. Monitor and improve the various company websites and digital presence through SEO (search engine optimization.). Work with sales channels to ensure the products are accurately described, categorised and priced. Drive web traffic and generate new leads, working to promote via universities, hospitals, schools. Develop and drive our Social media campaigns by posting ads, recipes, videos minimum of 4 times per week on each platform, we want to sell a Lifestyle. Develop and produce creative and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, videos, GIFs, and other multimedia assets. Assist with administrative tasks for a marketing team, department, assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. You will also be required to help with, art working using existing templates that meet our job requirements. Have a clear understanding of customer brand design language, guidelines/principles. Take all jobs from brief to signed off, from supplied artworks to preparing your own artwork for print ready PDFs. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro) Training can and will be given. Work to ensure all deadlines are met according to production dates while ensuring regular communication. Work closely with the line manager & team on executing campaigns. General Filing to be done on a regular basis to ensure efficient organized department. Cover for other members of team as required. Customer Service/Shopify packing General administration to help support the day to day running of the business.
