MOS Executive Professional – Marketing Operations Support

Role Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates for the role of MOS Executive (Marketing Operations Support).

This role focuses on supporting digital & non-digital marketing operations, coordination, data handling, and assisting in enrollment activities.

This is not a hardcore sales role.

Roles & Responsibilities Marketing & Promotion Support

• Support digital marketing and promotional activities
• Assist in social media posting and content sharing
• Coordinate with HR & marketing teams for campaigns

Lead & Enrollment Support

• Assist in lead generation and outreach activities
• Support follow-ups with interested candidates
• Help in enrollment coordination and onboarding

MIS & Operations

• Form filling, data entry, and lead tracking
• Maintain daily activity and MIS reports
• Ensure accuracy of marketing and enrollment data

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA, BBA, Any Degree)
• Freshers welcome
• Basic computer and social media knowledge

Skills Required

• Good communication skills
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Willingness to learn & consistent working attitude

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day
• 6 days per week

Growth Path

• Performance-based confirmation after pilot
• Role upgrade to Marketing Operations Executive / Growth Executive
• Salary revision based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad)
