Role and Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for selecting, preparing, and dispensing online orders while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will actively support members during order pickup and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Locate, select, and gather merchandise to fulfill online customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare, package, and verify items to ensure order completeness and correctness prior to dispensing.
  • Identify appropriate product substitutions and communicate with customers to confirm satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers during the order pickup process by answering questions and providing assistance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with operational standards.
  • Support store operations by assisting other associates with tasks such as stocking or departmental support when needed.
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, including availability during evenings, weekends, and peak seasons.

  • Ability to greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order selection and packaging.
  • Capability to work in a physically active role that involves walking, lifting, and carrying merchandise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, order fulfillment, or customer service environments.
  • Knowledge of merchandising practices, inventory handling, or warehouse operations.
  • Comfort using mobile devices or technology for managing and tracking orders.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly compensation ranging from $14.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience and other factors.
  • Part-time shift options with start times available in the morning or afternoon.
