Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for experienced content creators, responsible for owning the full content lifecycle across strategy, creation, distribution, and measurement for our brands. The position is remote but requires consistent availability in Eastern Time and close collaboration with marketing, product, support and compliance teams.
- Plan, produce, and publish multi-format content (video, social, blog, email, community posts) that educates and engages our audiences across our owned and paid channels.
- Own full lifecycle content from brief to reporting: designing and/or interpreting briefs, creating assets, amplifying across social and community platforms, and measuring performance against clear KPIs.
- Act as a self-starter who brings data-backed ideas, experiments with new content formats, and consistently refines output based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Generation - End-to-End Content Lifecycle
- Translate business and campaign goals into clear content briefs with objectives, audiences, channels, and KPIs.
- Create, edit, and optimize content for web, blog, email, press releases, You Tube, X/Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, Reddit, and other relevant communities.
- Manage publishing workflows in a CMS, ensuring accuracy, tagging, and on-brand presentation.
- Monitor performance and report on engagement, growth, and conversion metrics; recommend and implement optimizations.
Social and Community Management
- Use social scheduling tools to plan, publish, and optimize content across multiple accounts and markets.
- Own day-to-day social content calendars, aligning posts with industry news, SEO insights, and product priorities.
- Engage meaningfully with communities (comments, DMs, replies, threads) to deepen relationships rather than only growing follower counts.
- Support community building in online forums such as Reddit and Discord, where applicable.
- Stay on top of crypto, Web3, and blockchain trends to inform content topics and angles that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner with growth/paid teams on creative for paid social and performance campaigns; understand how organic and paid content work together.
- Contribute to campaign retrospectives with qualitative and quantitative insights from content performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing independently content creation, social media, and/or digital marketing, with at least 5 years directly managing content end to end (brief, production, publishing, reporting). A self starter with experience managing daily workflows with limited supervision.
- Proven track record running successful content or social projects from strategy through execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Hands-on experience with:
- CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, headless CMS, Ghost) for uploading, formatting, and publishing content.
- Content and editorial calendar management tied to keyword research and SEO best practices (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Hub Spot, native platform tools).
- Project Management systems (e.g., Asana, Click Up, Monday)
