About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn clicks into customers and leads into loyal clients. You're fluent in modern AI tools, comfortable across multiple platforms, and obsessed with what actually converts.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store for maximum conversions
• Build sales funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines in GoHighLevel
• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or TikTok — optimizing for ROAS and cost per lead
• Execute social media campaigns for both organic growth and paid amplification
• Drive lead generation and ecommerce sales simultaneously
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, etc.) to produce content and campaigns efficiently
• Report weekly on KPIs: leads, conversions, ad spend, and revenue

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and GoHighLevel
• Proven paid ads experience with real budget responsibility
• Strong social media skills — both organic and paid
• Comfortable with modern AI tools for content and campaign optimization
• Data-driven, self-directed, and results-obsessed

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
