eCommerce Sales Manager - Hybrid - Dallas, TX

R2 are working with a well established consumer products business who are looking to bring on an eCommerce Sales Manager to join their team.

This role will focus on driving revenue growth across Amazon and other third-party marketplaces, identifying expansion opportunities, and optimising channel performance through data-driven decision making. The position will work closely with marketing, merchandising, and leadership teams to scale marketplace sales and strengthen the company’s presence across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies across Amazon and other platforms
  • Drive revenue growth through pricing, assortment, and promotional optimisation
  • Manage inventory flow and marketplace operations to maximise sell-through and profitability
  • Analyse performance data, rankings, and competitive trends to inform strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing ecommerce channels
  • Proven track record of driving marketplace revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, analytics, and optimisation strategies
  • Experience managing pricing, inventory, and operational performance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
