Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our JEE & NEET coaching centre. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Generating student leads through field marketing activities
• Conducting home visits to interact with parents and students
• Providing proper counselling regarding JEE & NEET preparation programs
• Converting potential leads into enrollments
• Maintaining daily reporting of leads and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Science graduates will be given preference)
• Prior experience in education marketing / field sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in Lakhimpur and nearby districts
• Two-wheeler mandatory

Compensation

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month
• Petrol Allowance: ₹100 per 30 km (as per field travel)
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
