Performance Marketing Specialist

Otoman Traders is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Performance Marketer to manage and grow our digital marketing campaigns. Our business sales are primarily generated through our website, so the ideal candidate should have experience in driving traffic, leads, and sales through website-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Drive traffic and sales to the company website
• Develop strategies for website-based lead generation and online sales
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
• Work with website content and landing pages to improve conversions
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience in website-based marketing and online sales generation
• Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
