Marketing Manager-Canada ( 3 months Contract)

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to elevate our brand, support franchise partners, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and crossâ€'border stakeholders in the U.S., manage marketing initiatives endâ€'toâ€'end, and analyze performance metrics to inform decisionâ€'making. A key component of this role includes overseeing social media strategy and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, franchisee engagement, and customer acquisition
  • Design, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels
  • Oversee social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others), including content calendars, posting, and audience engagement
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide marketing tools, resources, and guidance to franchisees
  • Manage and track the marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare insights and reports to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with crossâ€'functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment
  • Support promotional events, trade shows, and franchise meetings as required
  • Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives, including limited travel as needed
  • Contribute to the growth and scalability of the marketing function
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role; experience in franchising or QSR is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâ€'paced environment
  • •Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Creative, solutionsâ€'oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with crossâ€'functional or crossâ€'border teams is an asset
