ECOMMERCE SHIPPER/LABELER
O Pluff & Company- Proficiency in tea, coffee, and spice knowledge and identification for order fulfillment and quality control. Inspect tea and coffee and packages for quality control.
- Assists in the production and fulfillment of products.
- Labeling and production of tins (coffee, tea, toddies, cold brews, etc.), lbs, and 4 oz
- Preparing/packaging of gift sets
- Packaging of tins to prepare for shipment
- Assigning of lot numbers; tracking of lot numbers
- Operation of the label machine or other devices as needed
- Assisting the E-Commerce Manager and Retail Fulfillment Lead in the filling of online retail orders, to include: picking inventory, packing and shipping of completed orders
- Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory by updating the Uline and tea/spice list based on need
- Documenting tea inventory
- Receiving supplies
- Other assistance for order fulfillment, warehouse organization and cleanliness and inventory management as required
- Other requirements: prolonged physical activity and use of hands, ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to stand for 8 hours. Attention to detail.
- Employees must adhere to the Oliver Pluff & Co Food Safety Management Plan
- Employees will wear clean, comfortable clothes with closed toed shoes for foot protection. Employees will restrain their hair with a cap or hair cover. Employees must wash their hands in hot, soapy water prior to each shift, in-between breaks, and as required prior to handling any product and follow FDA hygiene requirements as their Supervisor dictates.

- Health insurance is available for full time employees; ½ of the employee’s premium cost paid by Oliver Pluff *does not include dependents or spouses. Employees are not required to accept health insurance. Accepting or not accepting insurance does not impact hourly or salaried wages.
- 6 paid holidays per year (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day,)
- 40 hours of paid vacation per year. Available after a 60 day probationary period.
- 1 hour of sick time accrues per week starting after a 60-day probationary period. *Sick time & vacation days do not roll over into the following year
