Duties
- Develop and execute innovative social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality visual and video content using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and visually compelling.
- Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to maximize reach and engagement.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning and audience engagement strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to improve discoverability across platforms.
- Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine future content strategies.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft messaging that enhances brand reputation and supports outreach initiatives.
- Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong community relationships.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices in digital marketing to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of creative content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing tasks.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and how they apply to social media content optimization.
- Experience conducting social listening activities using tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to gather insights for strategy development.
- Strong understanding of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for measuring campaign success.
- Ability to craft engaging copy with excellent proofreading skills that align with branding guidelines.
- Background in branding, public relations, or e-commerce is a plus for creating cohesive campaigns across channels.
