What we’re looking for
This role is responsible for executing for a client’s brand promotion in the North American market. By managing social media, media relations, influencer partnerships, and large-scale event planning, you will drive brand awareness for destinationTaiwan tourism. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional copywriting skills, strategic planning abilities, and cross-functional communication expertise, with the capability to independently manage government-facing proposals and executions.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer (KOL) Management: Lead the acquisition and execution of at least 3 micro-influencer collaborations per quarter, including talent sourcing, creative angle development, and performance monitoring.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Produce a minimum of two high-depth, insight-driven social posts per month. Oversee the entire lifecycle from creative ideation and asset collection to copywriting, publishing, and ad promotion.
- Media Relations & PR Writing: Craft and distribute 3 bilingual (English/Mandarin Chinese) press releases per quarter based on the Administration's strategic goals. Manage media pitching, editorial tracking, and distribution.
- Large-Scale Event Planning: Lead the proposal and on-ground execution for major annual projects (e.g., the July Press Conference), including theme development, vendor coordination, and onsite management.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor North American travel trends regarding Taiwan on a weekly basis, providing real-time public sentiment reports and strategic analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison for internal reporting to the CEO and design team, while managing external communications directly with government agency windows.
- Operational Support: Support two physical events per quarter and participate in office rotations to ensure smooth team operations.
You're probably a match if
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Public Relations, or Advertising.
- Background Preference: Previous experience within an Advertising Agency is highly preferred.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Exceptional bilingual copywriting skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese (professional business-level proficiency required for both). Strong understanding of Taiwan culture is preferred.
- Location & Availability: Must be able to visit our Downtown Seattle office on a regular basisbased in the Greater Seattle area and able to support a Hybrid work model, with full availability for major project delivery during June and July.

Working Hours & Availability

Peak Period: High availability and flexibility are required during June and July to support a major press conference project.
