We are growing quickly across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Target, Nordstrom, Kohl’s and Amazon. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed to support both in-store sales and digital operations.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid role combining in-store sales excellence with hands-on e-commerce execution. The ideal candidate loves fashion and sport, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is equally comfortable selling on the floor and updating SKUs in Shopify.

This role directly supports the Sales Director and is essential to driving revenue across all channels.

Core Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Store Support

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience
  • Sell across all Love All collections and sub-brands
  • Assist with merchandising and visual presentation
  • Process in-store transactions and manage POS system
  • Support trunk shows, events, and clienteling outreach
  • Build relationships with repeat clients and country club customers
  • Maintain store organization and inventory accuracy

E-Commerce & Digital Operations

  • Fulfill and ship online orders across all platforms
  • Monitor and maintain 24-hour shipping standards
  • Update SKUs, product descriptions, sizing, pricing and imagery in Shopify
  • Add new products and seasonal collections to the website
  • Coordinate product uploads and updates for:
  • o Target marketplaceo Nordstromo Kohl’so Amazon
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock items
  • Assist with returns processing and customer service inquiries
  • Run basic sales and inventory reports for the Sales Director
  • Support promotional launches and online campaignsIdeal Candidate Profile
  • 1–3 years retail or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Comfortable working inside Shopify and marketplace portals
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Confident selling in a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Tech comfortable: Excel, Shopify, POS systems
  • Loves sport, fashion, and the Love All lifestyle
  • Thrives in a startup environment where no task is too small

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days

  • Store runs smoothly Tuesday–Saturday
  • Online orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly
  • SKUs are clean, organized, and updated
  • Marketplace portals are maintained without errors
  • Sales Director feels fully supported, not overloaded
