The Role
- Leads, develops and implements digital marketing strategies that meet the needs of target consumers and optimizes sales growth and profitability of Insurance products
- Partners with the product marketing team and external resources to create, manage and implement digital marketing plans and strategies that raise awareness, build the Brand, champions innovation and increases the visibility products to support divisional goals and objectives
- Develops, executes and measures the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns deployed through various marketing channels (including email, social media, digital advertising and direct mail) to ensure alignment with Retail Insurance sales and profitability goals
The Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a digital marketing and strategy role (insurance or financial industry experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated success driving business results in a B2B or B2C digital marketing, content marketing, social media and analytics
- Proven content strategy development and execution experience, with a variety of multimedia products, web development software and content management solutions
- Knowledge and experience using a CRM tool (e.g. , MS Dynamics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Hootsuite, etc…)
- Experience using analytics platforms: Google Analytics, social analytics and web/data analytics, mobile technology implementation and email marketing
- Experience with execution of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) and online advertising, including Paid Search and Display advertising
- CFP, CLU, RHU, FLMI designation an asset
