Mission for the position

As our team of creatives and client service professionals develops and implements digital marketing campaigns and communicates internally and externally with clients, we utilize various tools and systems.

As Marketing Operations Manager, you will empower team members throughout our organization by maintaining and seeking to continuously improve the systems and SOPs we utilize in our work, with the goal of maximizing productivity while maintaining excellence in quality.

In order to achieve this mission, you will work closely with our Founder & President as well as other members of our team at all levels, to develop a deep understanding of our business and internal operations and select, deploy and optimize the configuration of chosen tools accordingly, evangelizing and helping to drive utilization along the way.

The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic blend of structural thinking and a knack for process optimization, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating big, positive business impact by working "in the weeds" (where every improvement to our operational capabilities adds leverage to our company and ultimately elevates the client experience/results we deliver).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our core workflows and systems, and work closely with team members across departments (and levels) to deliver SOPs, tools and strategic recommendations to maximize work product quality, workflow efficiency and, ultimately, positive client business performance impact.

Support and drive efforts to implement AI-based tooling and systems for creative/production and various aspects of operations and reporting within the business – owning our overall roadmap for AI in the business in partnership with our Founder & CEO along the way.

Implement tools for internal and external communications, creative asset production and archival/management, client campaign and program performance reporting, account- and firm-level financial analysis, client satisfaction and other systems from time to time.

Ensure systems implemented are understood and properly utilized by all team members, providing feedback and evidence-based feedback to team members and senior leadership where relevant

Provide input into organization design, roles and performance management to managers throughout the organization including senior leadership

Support sourcing and vetting talent for roles throughout the organization, onboarding and training new hires, and related responsibilities

Coordinate company wide planning process (near in and medium to long-term) and support senior leadership in steering the firm

Provide input into design and development of agency offerings and related collateral/assets and operational/delivery capabilities

Most Desired Experience and Competencies

4+ years experience in operations, client service or other relevant role entailing a high degree of cross-functional collaboration within marketing / advertising agency

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Experience implementing, managing and/or optimizing systems and tools for internal operations in the marketing / advertising industry, as a manager or principal user internally and/or or as a vendor

Enthusiastic about the potential for AI-based tools in business, yet grounded in reality and excited to put in the work to discover valid use cases and implement highly valuable / breakthrough AI-based tools into day to day business operations and the workflows involved with creation and remittance of client deliverables (e.g. internal SOPs and related tools and communications, SEO and copy generation and other aspects of paid/owned/earned digital marketing program planning and execution)

Track record of success in high pace creative environment or role

Understanding of premium consumer and luxury goods and services market and related marketing & advertising services (in South Florida)

Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive performance metrics, such as brand affinity, purchase likelihood and sales lift

Exceptional teamwork and communication skills

Outstanding business acumen

Proficiency in Monday, Adobe Creative Suite, SEMRush, Koala AI, Surfer SEO, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Analytics platforms are pluses

Lives in, or can regularly travel to, West Palm Beach, FL area

Positive impact on agency overall output, work product quality, operational efficiency and agility, and related quantitative and qualitative measures of the business.

Positive feedback from team members (and clients to the extent you may interface with them from time to time) on communication and collaboration and systems/tools implemented

Positive impact on clients' overall digital presence, from total reach and traffic to key buying actions performed
