Digital Marketing Assistant

Lamppost Digital is a growth-focused digital agency in Trichy. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) who is hungry to learn, executes fast, and wants to build a long-term career in digital marketing. Training will be provided, but commitment and accountability are expected.

What you’ll work on (Real client Projects)

• Assist in social media execution
• Support campaign & lead activity
• Work on Google Business Profile + SEO tasks
• Report Preparation & Tracking Setup & Analytics

Who should apply

• 0–1 year experience / freshers who want a serious career in Digital Marketing
• Strong willingness to learn + have problem solving skills
• Comfortable with English (writing simple updates) + Effective communication
• Ability to use tools effectively: Google Docs/Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email, ChatGPT etc.

Selection process

• Shortlisted candidates will get a small practical assignment/F2F Questions + a walk-in/interview slot.
• Full-time job opportunity on successful completion of training period based on performance.

CTC: Stipend will be provided during Training Period. Mentioned CTC is based on Performance during Training Period and Previous Experience when converted to full-time employment. A contract of 1-2 yrs applicable for full-time employment.
