Responsibilities

Key Duties

• Efficiently select and gather items for online orders, maintaining our quality and freshness standards.
• Carry out the order selection process with precision and speed.
• Assemble customer orders and process payments promptly.
• Communicate proactively with customers about their order status, including any substitutions or changes.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area at all times.
• Inspect and care for equipment, promptly reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Participate in training new team members to ensure effective onboarding.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve or surpass productivity goals in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) and the ability to read shelf tags.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Desired Experience

• Prior experience as a personal shopper or in a production/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Experience stocking shelves or working as a cashier is advantageous.
