E-Commerce Operations Executive – US Platforms (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our online business across major US e-commerce platforms, including eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Shopify, Amazon, and Grubhub. The candidate must handle complete e-commerce operations from catalog creation to order processing and customer coordination and must be comfortable working the night shift (US hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair, Shopify, and food-order platforms like Grubhub.
• Create and maintain product catalogs with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes, and images.
• Handle end-to-end order processing: order confirmation, packing coordination, shipping, delivery tracking, and closure.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and US-based shipping services.
• Manage customer queries, returns, cancellations, and complaints through each marketplace dashboard.
• Check and update daily inventory levels to avoid out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor platform performance metrics, penalties, customer ratings, and compliance requirements.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and platform performance.
• Work with the team to improve product ranking, visibility, and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with all US marketplace rules and operational standards.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,528.44 per month
