Develop and implement online sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of eCommerce professionals, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce, and implement new strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support and enhance our eCommerce efforts.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Ensure the timely and accurate execution of online orders and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
Identify and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and manage budgets and forecast sales projections for the eCommerce department.
Collaborate with IT to continuously improve the functionality and user experience of the company's eCommerce platforms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to eCommerce sales.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed and network with potential partners.
Continuously track and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to senior management.
