Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Paid Social strategies to meet client goals across various platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to set clear expectations and provide transparent reporting on results.
• Utilize Paid Social tools and automation to optimize campaign performance and reduce waste.
• Create and document best practices for team knowledge sharing and client education.
• Design and implement data-driven testing to measure campaign success and effectiveness.
• Maintain data integrity and tracking accuracy for informed decision-making.
• Adopt an owner mindset to drive results and improve workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative development, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Social tools including Meta Advantage and TikTok Performance solutions.
• Technical proficiency with GA4 and analytics to connect media spend to revenue.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence key stakeholders.
• Ability to design and execute practical tests to evaluate campaign performance.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to reducing inefficiencies.
