We're looking for Digital Delivery Advanced Visualizations Lead in either Conshohocken, PA/Cary, NC/Cincinnati, OH or Indianapolis, IN office location for our Life Science North America team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Here's what you'll need
- Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in industrial project delivery and/or construction management
- Ability to develop visualizations scope requirements based on deep understanding of project and user needs
- Knowledge of traditional and expedited construction sequencing and means/methods
- 4D model development and management experience in Bentley Synchro 4d Pro OR alternate software with demonstrated proof of equivalent level of complexity
- Working knowledge of BIM model object and data property management via Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in construction planning with Primavera P6
- Familiarity with task automations via script functions, as it relates to 4D model development
- Working knowledge of rendering and animation software packages, to create realistic and well-designed construction simulations that clearly communicate project phasing and logistics
- An eye for visually appealing design of end state work products
- Attention to detail and a high standard for quality of work
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders to promote successful outcomes
- High level of comfort and adeptness in learning new skills and software packages
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A background in project execution in the Life Sciences field
- Experience in or knowledge of reality capture methods and downstream data integrations
- Power BI and/or dashboarding experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
- Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
- Passion for buildings and construction

The base salary range for this position is $78,800.00 to $137,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
