We're looking for Digital Delivery Advanced Visualizations Lead in either Conshohocken, PA/Cary, NC/Cincinnati, OH or Indianapolis, IN office location for our Life Science North America team who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 5+ years of experience in industrial project delivery and/or construction management
• Ability to develop visualizations scope requirements based on deep understanding of project and user needs
• Knowledge of traditional and expedited construction sequencing and means/methods
• 4D model development and management experience in Bentley Synchro 4d Pro OR alternate software with demonstrated proof of equivalent level of complexity
• Working knowledge of BIM model object and data property management via Revit and Navisworks
• Experience in construction planning with Primavera P6
• Familiarity with task automations via script functions, as it relates to 4D model development
• Working knowledge of rendering and animation software packages, to create realistic and well-designed construction simulations that clearly communicate project phasing and logistics
• An eye for visually appealing design of end state work products
• Attention to detail and a high standard for quality of work
• Ability to communicate with all stakeholders to promote successful outcomes
• High level of comfort and adeptness in learning new skills and software packages

Ideally, you’ll also have

• A background in project execution in the Life Sciences field
• Experience in or knowledge of reality capture methods and downstream data integrations
• Power BI and/or dashboarding experience
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
• Passion for buildings and construction

The base salary range for this position is $78,800.00 to $137,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
