Overview
Neoflam America is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operation Specialist to support and grow our online business operations. In this role, you will help manage product listings, support digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to the overall performance of our e-commerce channels.
You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain product information across platforms, assist with promotional activities, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Duties
- Manage and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), Faire, Wayfair, and other online marketplaces.
- Create, edit, and optimize product content including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and product launches across various online sales channels.
- Assist with website merchandising tasks such as updating collections, landing pages, and product displays to improve customer shopping experience.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO optimization, and basic performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Manage and schedule social media content (primarily Instagram) to maintain brand presence and engagement.
- Monitor customer inquiries through email and social channels, providing timely responses and assisting with order-related questions, returns, or product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of brand service.
- Create and update digital assets such as website banners, promotional graphics, and product thumbnails while maintaining brand visual guidelines.
- Track sales performance across platforms and prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets to support decision-making.
- Monitor product performance trends and provide organized updates to management with actionable insights.
- Experience
- Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail environments is preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, or other online marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, PPC campaigns, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with content creation or graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read basic Korean is preferred but not required.
