Job Title: Delivery Driver - Amazon Partner (Guardian Express)

Location: New Windsor, NY 12553

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Shift: Day Shift | 8-10 hour shifts | 3-4 days per week, including weekends and some holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour, based on performance and experience

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate and navigate a company-provided delivery van to complete scheduled deliveries.
• Load and unload packages efficiently, with the ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Use handheld devices (provided) to navigate delivery routes, scan packages, and communicate with supervisors and customers.
• Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers during deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and efficient condition; perform basic vehicle inspections.
• Follow all safety protocols on and off the road, especially during inclement weather.
• Resolve on-the-road problems using strong problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older
• License: Valid U.S. Driver’s License (CDL not required)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move packages up to 50 lbs safely
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Complete physical tasks, including walking up stairs and moving packages.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle (van) safely and efficiently
• Prior delivery experience preferred but not required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when required
