Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to help manage and grow our ecommerce website and online sales.
In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Team and will focus on:
Managing and scaling our Shopify ecommerce website for maximum growth
Creating and improving product listings and content
Planning and executing promotions
Performing on-page content updates and SEO optimization
Conducting research to grow inbound traffic and improve conversion rates
You will also support other marketing activities such as email marketing, content creation, and trade shows. The key success metric for this role is profitable ecommerce sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Website Management
Lead the sales growth of our main ecommerce website
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, tags, categories)
Ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and conversion-focused
Identify and fix basic errors on the back end of the site (non coding related)
Work with our developer for more advanced changes and optimization
Promotions & Campaigns
Plan and execute ecommerce promotions (sales, bundles, seasonal campaigns)
Coordinate banners, pop-ups, and landing pages to support promotions
On-Page SEO & Content Optimization
Implement on-page SEO best practices (keywords, meta titles/descriptions, headings, internal links)
Optimize product and category pages for search visibility and organic traffic
Update website content to improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates
Website Platform & UX
Assist in maintaining and updating the website
Create, update, and optimize landing pages and collection pages
Collaborate with the team to improve site navigation, page layouts, and overall UX
Email & Digital Marketing Support
Support retail email marketing (newsletters, promotions, product launches)
Help grow and segment the customer email list
Assist with content creation for web, email, and social as needed
Research & Analytics
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Analyze website traffic, customer behaviour, and sales data to improve inbound traffic and conversion rates
Provide regular insights and recommendations to drive ecommerce performance
Events & Trade Shows
Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows and product launches as required
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing role
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field
Results-driven, motivated, and a strong team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Strong skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Shopify
Proficient in UX design principles and basic image editing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at leveraging advanced tools and plugins for high ROI optimization and scaling
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Work Arrangement
This is an onsite, in-office position with opportunity for hybrid
