Trade Development Operations Associate (E-commerce)

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business, Marketing, or related course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, marketing, or related field. Preferably with experience in FMCG.
• Knowledgeable in basic project management — able to plan, coordinate, and monitor execution timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (data tracking and analysis) and PowerPoint (report preparation).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in handling sales and performance reports.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, both oral and written.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
