Develop and implement digital operations strategies and processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our e-commerce operations.
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms, including website, mobile app, and other online channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital operations with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and drive scalable growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the best possible service and support for our digital operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital operations to continuously innovate and improve our processes.
Manage and mentor a team of digital operations specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of new digital tools and technologies to optimize our e-commerce operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to digital operations.
Foster a customer-centric mindset within the digital operations team, continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the digital operations process.
